Septic Installation

Septic system installation & replacement

When it is time for a new system, whether it is new construction or replacing one that failed, we handle it start to finish. Permitted, built to code, and dug with our own excavation equipment across Troy and Belleville.

New systems and full replacements

We install new septic systems for new construction and replace systems that have reached the end of their life. Because excavation is part of what we do, the dig and the install are handled by one crew, not split between a digger and an installer who never talk to each other.

Permitted and built to code

A septic install is a permitted project. We handle it properly so it passes and lasts, not a shortcut that fails inspection and costs you more to fix down the road.

When you need a new or replacement system

  • You are building new and need a system put in
  • Constant backups even after the tank has been pumped
  • Standing water or soggy ground over the drain field
  • A system that failed inspection during a home sale
  • A system simply old enough that repairs no longer make sense

We do residential and commercial work. We will look at the site and tell you straight what it needs before any work starts.

How it goes

What to expect

1

Site eval & permit

We look at the property, size the system, and pull the permit so the job is set up right from the start.

2

Excavation

We dig with our own equipment, so the excavation and the install stay on one schedule and one crew.

3

Set the tank & build the field

We set the tank and build the drain field to code so the system handles the load and lasts.

4

Backfill & grade

We backfill, grade the site, and leave it clean so the yard drains right and looks finished.

Septic installation questions

Do you handle the permits for a septic install?
Yes. A new septic system is a permitted project and we handle it properly so it passes inspection and lasts.
Do you do new construction and replacements?
Both. We install systems for new builds and replace systems that have failed or reached the end of their life.
Do you do the excavation too?
We do. Excavation is part of what we do, so the dig and the install are handled by the same crew, not subbed out.
How long does a septic installation take?
It depends on the system, the site, and permitting. We will walk you through the timeline when we look at the property and give you a real number before work starts.

Planning a new septic system?

Call and talk to the people who will actually do the work. We will give you a real number before anything starts.
